Current Project

Full House Update

This house is very nice and in a prime location to make some money when sold. This project consists of:

  • Removing wall-paper and spraying knock down texture.
  • Painting all interior walls w/ customer's color selection
  • Updating all door knobs and sink faucets/handles.
  • Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, and exhaust fans.
  • Replacing builder's baseboards with a modern 4 1/2"  board which will give every room a new modern look.
  • Painting the kitchen cabinets with a new fresh color.
  • Power wash and re-stain the cedar deck, roughly 20'-25'
  • Install a pergola with ceiling fan on cedar deck.
  • Partial kitchen and master bath re-model being estimated

I removed a drawer under the counter top, moved the counter down, moved the upper cabinets up until top of crown touched the ceiling, installed lights in front of shelves & wired to a single switch, also installed a new back-splash with the top piece having 3 hockey puck led lights to a switch.

ACCENT WALL

When I started this job I knew that it was going to go very smooth, with a nice finish look with the small strips outlining the whole thing. I always like doing small jobs like this because it doesn't take to much time and with the rite material on the rite wall, it makes a house look so much more interesting.
