Does my company have contractor insurance?
I have General Liability Insurance for any work I do for my company. I have learned that even though I never mess things up when I'm working that I still need to always have coverage because it makes my clients feel at ease when they know that if a accident were to happen by me then they will still be taking care of at no expense to them.
What’s your warranty policy?
I do offer a warranty on everything I do, depending on what it is that I have done is what determines the details of any warranty I offer.
Do you have customer service?
The customer service I give will speak for it-self, because I am not in this business to get rich off of my clients by charging them a price on the higher side and doing the work so fast and leaving so my client can't see the quality in my work. I DO NOT over charge because I am always open to discuss the price for the entire job and if I have to pay for a can of paint out of my own pocket because it was not put in the contract, then I do and will never ask to be reimbursed. I always make sure that my client is happy with how the job is going and if they have decided on doing anything different because my motto is that "I will not finish until the client is happy". My work area will stay clean and any furniture will be covered and floors will be protected before I bring a tool in.
